For safely transfers of decorated plastic o metal (automotive or home appliance pieces) from manufacturer to final assembler. We manufacture dividers or plastic corrugated divisors as base and crosslink, which is a very soft foam, so the delicate or just painted pieces don’t scratch.
They’re manufactured from a plastic bag and then wrap with 2, 4, 6, 8, or even 10 layers of kraft paper to protect an air valve. They’re also manufactured with an exterior layer of polypropylene mat, to resist the humidity. There are two types; the disposables and the returnables, the difference between them is that the returnable has a valve that allows the air to go and it can be blown up again, at the opposite of the disposable one.
They’re manufactured in 36″ or 48″ of width and the length can be from 24″, 24″, 36″, 48″ , 60″, 72″, 84″, 96″, 108″ and 120″. Besides they can also be manufactured with special measurements according to your needs.
